New Year, New You
It's time for a New Year, New You with eResources from the California State Library. For the next 6 weeks, we'll be sharing online resources you can use for a great 2023.
Week 1: Coursera
This week, take some time to learn how to live a happier and more fulfilling life with Coursera.
We have instructions to help you get started if you haven't already signed up for Coursera with San José Public Library. Follow the instructions on our Coursera page, so you can get your free account and access to a wealth of courses that you can take on whenever and wherever you want.
Here are some self improvement courses to check out:
- The Science of Well-Being: In this course you will engage in a series of challenges designed to increase your own happiness and build more productive habits.
- Brilliant, Passionate You: Learn how we can make each day the best day of our lives by examining the question, "How can you be your most brilliant, passionate self?"
- Sleep Deprivation: Habits, Solutions, and Strategies Teach-Out: After learning how the sleep deprivation epidemic affects your health and wellbeing, you will be able to implement solutions to improve your own sleep habits.
