Program Proposal

Missions

The mission of the San José Public Library's Education & Programming Services unit is to work collaboratively with library staff and partners to bring high quality lifelong learning opportunities to all members of the community. We develop and provide support for programs that spark public interest and encourage customers of all ages to explore and utilize library resources.

The mission of the Maker[Space]Ship is to overcome access barriers in San José, foster creative ideas, connect people with technology, and encourage problem-solving, collaboration, and discovery.
