Did you get a new library card?
LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com) is one of the few eResources we have that requires extra effort when you change your library card number.
When you log in with a new library card, LinkedIn Learning checks our system to make sure that your account is active in our system, but does not associate that record with your old card. That means that it creates a new account for your new card. That isn't really a problem if you haven't done much work, but it can be a problem if you have. If you change your library card, it is recommended you save all the work you have done on LinkedIn Learning prior to making that switch.
