A Chat With Amy

  • As a child, I used to dance in public places because I thought it was super fun.
  • My first job is...  I don’t have a job yet! But I want my first job to be either a barista at a cafe/boba shop or an engineer since I like building and creating things.
  • My fondest memory was when I was able to go to championships for the marching band. We went to Sacramento and got 2nd place!
  • I am most proud of the fact that my first ceramics club meeting was a big hit. And I had a lot of fun hosting it.
  • My biggest challenge is not having enough time to do everything I want to do. There is just not enough time in a day sometimes.
  • My role models are my parents since they work super hard and are always so happy. I strive to be like them when I grow up.
  • My community is supportive and a fun place to be.
  • Libraries are my second home. They are so welcoming and warm.
  • My favorite book is Oh, the Places You'll Go! by Dr. Seuss. My favorite movie is Howl’s Moving Castle. And my favorite song is "Perfect Blues" by Hannah Bhang.
  • If I had a superpower, it would be super speed, since you can basically do everything with it. From fast healing to almost teleporting.
  • I first volunteered for college, but now I found enjoyment in it. Now I volunteer because it is fun and I love helping out my community.
  • If I weren't volunteering, I'd be going out with friends or staying home and sleeping or studying. I would also probably be listening to or playing music.
