National Dinosaur Day
June 1 has the distinction of being National Dinosaur Day, and who doesn't love dinosaurs? Can you believe they once actually roamed the earth? They may be extinct, but they're still everywhere, from movies to toys to novels. I remember wanting to be a paleontologist when I was young, and thrilling to movies such as Jurassic Park in the theater. I read and heard about dinosaurs so much, I still remember the names of strange creatures like Dimetrodon and Pachycephalosaurus.
What are some of your favorite dinosaurs, or dinosaur memories? Let us know in the comments!
