
National Beer Day is April 7. This unofficial holiday commemorates when, back in 1933, the Cullen-Harrison Act came into force, allowing the sale of low-alcohol beer. (Prohibition came fully to an end later that year, with the repeal of the Eighteenth Amendment.)
