Cambrian Library Welcomed Special Visitors!
Cambrian Library was privileged to celebrate April's Month of the Young Child with a visit from our neighbors in Fire Station #9!
The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) organized a week in April called The Week of the Young Child:
"A fun-filled week celebrating early learning, young children, their teachers, families, and communities."
San José Public Library extended the celebration to the entire month of April.

Our wonderful neighbors, the firefighters from Fire Station #9 visited us recently for April's Month of the Young Child.
Firefighters read a couple of books and participated in singing songs with excited preschoolers who then went outside to take a tour of fire engine #9!
Families enjoyed the dynamic and lively storytime!
