October is College and Career Month
In partnership with the Santa Clara County Office of Education and other community organizations, SJPL is proudly supporting College and Career Month this October.
College and Career Month Mission: Through engaging events, real-world insights, and access to local colleges, employers, and resources, you’ll walk away with greater confidence, clarity, and support to take your next step—wherever your path leads.
College and Career Month provides workshops, guest speakers, supplemental learning materials, and college fairs for students, teachers, counselors, and families interested in learning more about California's universities and colleges, financial assistance, and the application process. The initiative webpage serves as a tool for our high school youth to navigate their way into career pathways.
Educator Resources:
School teachers, counselors, and College and Career Center Representatives can find resources such as:
