Spring Into Steampunk!

I attended the Clockwork Alchemy steampunk convention a couple weeks ago. I've been going to this convention for many years now, enjoying the interesting aesthetic that has grown around steampunk. Steampunk itself began as a literary genre, and has expanded in recent years to include movies, music, and fashion. It can include aspects of the Neo-Victorian, Romantic Goth, and Post-Apocalyptic. Here at San Jose Public Library, we have a large collection of books and movies that fall into the Steampunk genre.
