This contest sounds great! I am an adult wanting to enter a short story. I'm curious: what kind of stories are you looking for, in terms of genre/material/etc.? What is considered appropriate for a general audience? For instance, is a bit of injury okay, or death of a character? How much detail is okay?

I am interested to enter for this contest, and want to know if this contest only focuses on short stories on the topic of Winter, or any topic in general.
We tried to submit our story through your email: firstname.lastname@example.org. But it was rejected by your email system!
Is this email valid? Can you check your email system?
I want to know if this contest is based on age and if so are kindergartners allowed? Also can you explain the age categories?
