San José Public Library proudly presents a series of virtual workshops on various topics of meditation presented by professionals from around the country.

Wednesday, September, 16, 6 – 7 pm - Meditation: The Gift of The Present
Join Arvind Naik, long time meditator for this powerful workshop that focuses on how to calm the mind which is constantly taking us into the past and the future. He will share techniques that one can put into practice so we can experience peace in the current moment.
