On April 13, 2016, USCIS revised Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. The revised version is available at uscis.gov/n-400 . You may continue to use the 9/13/13 edition of the form until August 9, 2016. USCIS will reject and return previous versions of Form N-400 submitted on or after August 10, 2016. March 26, 2015 was the final receipt date for new H-2B worker petitions requesting an employment start date before October 1, 2015. How the Final Receipt Date is Determined The final receipt date is the date when USCIS received enough cap-subject petitions to reach the statutory limit of 66,000 H-2B worker visas for FY 2015. Effective May 26, 2015, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is extending eligibility for employment authorization to certain H-4 dependent spouses of H-1B nonimmigrants who are seeking employment-based lawful permanent resident (LPR) status.
