Let's keep that Practical Magic movie watching, long floral dress wearing, dancing in circles to Stevie Nicks while celebrating the beginning of the Spooky Season going!
Cozy Mysteries are a part of the mystery genre which often takes place in a small town. The main character is usually a woman, who owns a bakery or a tea shop or a clothing boutique. She may even be a librarian who lives in an old Victorian house and has a pet rabbit! Since we're heading into my favorite time of year, let's add into the main character energy with some magical powers. Something drastic happens in her small town and she must solve the mystery, not only with her brilliant pattern recognition and insight, but also with her magic.

FYI: The author of this blog is probably decorating her house for Halloween, while wearing a long floral dress, and singing and spinning in circles to Stevie Nicks music. It's the most magical time of year!
