As San José Public Library (SJPL) prepares to upgrade its library system, LINK+ borrowing and request services will be temporarily paused beginning in fall 2026.
LINK+ allows SJPL members to borrow books, media, and other materials from participating public and academic libraries across California. During the temporary pause, customers will not be able to place new LINK+ requests or check out LINK+ materials.
Service will resume in March 2027.
Datas Importantes
- 17 de outubro de 2026. Last day to request Link+ items.
- 31 de outubro de 2026. Last day for LINK+ Checkouts. Auto renewals turned off.
- 1 de novembro de 2026 . LINK+ service unavailable
- 15 de dezembro de 2026. All LINK+ materials must be returned to any SJPL location, to avoid late fees. Any materials not returned by December 15 will be considered lost and will accrue LINK+ Lost Item fees.
- 1 de março de 2027. LINK+ service resumes
