November 4th of each year is King Tut Day . This is not his birthday. It is the day Howard Carter, British archeologist, discovered King Tutankhamun's tomb in 1922. Since his tomb lay undisturbed for almost 3 thousand years. Many treasures lay inside of his tomb. King Tut started his rule at 9 or 10 years old. His reign lasted only 10 years.
