Santa Clara County has over 20 parks. In order to reduce financial barriers to access, Santa Clara County Parks is partnering with San José Public Library, Santa Clara County Library and Santa Clara City Library to offer free vehicle day-use passes to borrow.

Pass Details

For San José Public Library Full Access Card Members, you can pick up a pass at Dr. Roberto Cruz Alum Rock Branch Library or Seven Trees Branch Library. Here is what you need to know about your park pass when you check it out:

  • Checkout Period: 3 weeks
  • Usage Per Checkout Period: Can be used multiple times.
  • Holds: Non-requestable. You cannot place a hold on these passes.
  • Renewals: 0
