Join Diplomat in Residence Dorothy Ngutter to learn about the U.S. Department of State’s Consular Fellows Program and application process. The Consular Fellows Program is a unique public service opportunity to use your proficiency in Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese, or Spanish to promote America’s interests by assisting U.S. citizens abroad, fostering economic growth at home, and contributing to U.S. national security. 

A career diplomat, Dorothy Ngutter has served overseas in Turkey, Belgium, Mali, and Washington, DC. Dorothy is available for individual consultations. Please email DIRNorthwest@state.gov for more information or to request an appointment.

All U.S. Department of State career opportunities require U.S. citizenship and all applicants must be at least 20 years old.

Free. No registration required, but encouraged.

Parking validation for 4th St. garage will be provided at the program.
