If you are a teen and wondering what you should major in or where your true calling in life is, you must attend Jamie Beck's career workshop: Being Deliberate.  Jamie's two hour workshop will cover how to make good choices in:

  • High school classes and projects
  • College, major, and careers
  • Volunteer work and internships
  • Part time jobs
  • Experiences based on interests and
  • Resume building.

Jamie will detail how the lack of exposure results in lack of choices.  Through this workshop, teens will discover their passions, interests, talents, and skills, but also learn about their work allergies and the things they want to avoid in their future work environment.  Participants will learn to combine these passions and allergies into brain sorts to come up with potential job, career, college major, and entrepreneurial ideas.  Students will leave with an understanding that they can only become what they know exists unless they are deliberate in making choices.
