Learn About the Nutritious Meals Prepared by Revolution Foods
Rev Foods takes pride in creating kid-friendly meals of the highest quality. Their ingredients contain real cheese, rBST-free dairy products, whole muscle meats, unbleached flour, and fresh fruit – just to name a few! None of their meals contain high fructose corn syrup or artificial ingredients (that means no fake colors, sweeteners, flavors, or preservatives). They exceed the federal regulations set by the Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act regarding sodium, trans fat, and sugar limits.
Can I leave my kids home and go pick up on their behalf?
I don’t want to sound ungrateful but I must express my frustration with this lunch program. This is the second time I’ve gone to pick up lunches advertised on your menu and they tell me they ran out at 11:35!! And give me snacks. This is not a lunch as advertised. I drive pretty far to get a nutritious meal for my kids and not celery sticks and cheese sticks. The lady told me she only had 11 meals!’ That’s not ok.
Revolution menu is wonderful , so healthy. The variety is really done with thought and care. Just a small observation - I wish they changed up the fruit a bit and added some summer items, stone fruits too.
Again thanks to all the groups doing the summer lunch.
