  • Cooking Gone Awry: Plum JamJars of plum jam

    Years ago, the plum tree in my mother’s backyard overproduced. These plums were small and sweet with purple skin and yellow pulp. I think they are used to make prunes. You could pop one in your mouth and I know it’s not lady like to say but spit out the pit. No matter how good they were after a while my family got sick of eating them.
