Like most musicals, Hamilton has produced an original Broadway cast soundtrack. However, the show's influence and creative output has continued since 2015--drawing a parallel to the musical's subject, the hardworking Alexander Hamilton. The latest instance of the musical's influence appears to be Hamildrops, a website featuring a new song to be released each month in 2018. (The first track, "Ben Franklin's Song" by The Decemberists, fittingly debuted in December 2017.) January's track is "Wrote My Way Out Remix" featuring Royce Da 5'9", Joyner Lucas, Black Thought, and Aloe Blacc.

Another recent addition to the Hamilton craze is The Hamilton Cookbook: Cooking, Eating and Entertaining in Hamilton's World by Laura Kumin. The author gives examples of dishes and menus from Hamilton's time and answers some questions that readers may have. .
