National Wine Day will be celebrated on Monday, May 25, 2020. I was unable to find much information on the origins of this day other than it started in 2009. Also, it is not to be confused with International Drink Wine Day celebrated in February or any of the specific wine type holidays such as National Zinfandel Day on November 18 or World Malbec day celebrated on April 18. National Wine Day was likely established by some wine lover(s) somewhere simply as a day to appreciate and enjoy wine. San Jose' Public Library has many eResources to help us do just that!

With your SJPL Library Card, you have access to these eResources and many others to help you celebrate National Wine Day.
