VITA Tax Help at West Valley Branch Library


Want free tax help?

VITA volunteers are trained to do basic low-income returns with W-2 income, interest, dividend, unemployment income, Social Security Benefits, Schedule A and Schedule C-EZ. No appointments are necessary. You will be served on a first come, first served basis.  

 

If you are interested in having your taxes done, please come to West Valley Branch Library 

Time: Saturdays, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Feb. 2- April 13, 2013.



Pine Cone Turkey Craft @ the Berryessa Library


   

 Fall into the Thanksgiving Spirit with a craft activity for the whole family.  We will be making pinecone turkeys to take home and decorate your space.

Friends of the Berryessa Library Book Sale


Saturday, November 3, 2012 - 10:00am - 2:00pm.

Visit the book sale and shop for great deals on gently used fiction and non-fiction books for adults and kids.  Proceeds support programming at Berryessa Branch Library.

 


Reading to Children (Chinese/English) with Ms. Vicki


  Ms. Vicki will come on Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 7:00pm & read books to children in Chinese and English in the Picture Book area at the Berryessa Library.

Children must have an adult in the library while they attend.

Bookmark Contest at the Berryessa Library


Berryessa Library is participating in the Bookmark Contest this month. Children and teens are invited to submit an original bookmark design for a chance to win prizes. The winners will be announced in November.

 

Children’s: K & 1st, 2nd & 3rd, 4th & 5th grades.

Teens: 6th, 7th & 8th, 9th & 10th and 11th & 12th grades.
Please pick up the entry form at the Berryessa library and create an original bookmark.
