Join us on Saturday, March 12 at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library as we celebrate the birthday of Dr. Seuss. There will be stories, crafts, games and of course a birthday cake! All the festivities start at 2:00 PM and take place in the Children's Room. Bring your cameras and don't miss the fun! Help us celebrate the birthday of Dr. Seuss who remains the most famous and influential name in children's literature.
Remember also that parking is free on Saturdays until 6:00 PM at the 4th Street Garage.
Theodor Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss was born on March 2, 1904. Mr. Geisel wrote 47 books which have been translated into 20 languages.
